Camden had been sitting in a plane and a train all day getting quite exhausted the military had told him that he had a brother in this town but he didn't really remember much more then flashes, they had also told him that his parents had both died and that someone had killed his father. Now it was time for his last check up before he would meet his brother again, the military had of course asked his brother to come to the hospital and this made Camden a bit unsure, would they even get along? Would his brother even know him.
He kept staring at the door however just thinking that it was his brother anytime it opened, but every time it was a nurse that came in. As the nurse that had come in earlier came in he simply looks at her a little unsure, he was still struggling with understanding that he was an American and not from the country he had been in for the past few years. “Hi” he then said to Melissa as she came inside. He still wasn't so sure about all of this, because all he had was flashes and a picture of a young boy, though that young boy had probably grown up quite a lot since then.
After the military had found him they wanted to make sure that he wasn't a threat for the country so they had put him trough a series of tests, in these test he showed that he was still capable of fighting and remembered most of it, even though he himself couldn’t understand how he had leaned it. They had also asked him a series of questions to make sure he had really lost his memory and wouldn’t end up sheering sensitive information.
They had welcomed him back wit open arms, but he still felt bad about leaving his new old life behind. But somewhere inside of him still trusted this place and he wasn't so scared anymore, the people here didn't seem like bad people after all. Now he just had to find himself a job and a place to live, and get to know his brother again so they might have some kind of relationship.

Melissa gave Camden a smile as he greeted her. She glanced at his file, not finding any major injuries or concerns noted in it. She studied him for a moment, maybe looking for similarities with Isaac. It was strange, Isaac suddenly having a brother alive and back in town. Melissa couldn't help but be weary about it. He had been in a war, that could cause all sort of trauma-related issues. Add the memory loss and him being MIA for so long...part of her wanted to keep him far away from Isaac until she could be certain he was okay. She knew she had no right to that though. John might have pulled some strings to make sure Isaac could stay with her, but she had no parental rights over him.
"So, I'm actually not really here as a nurse right now..." She smiled apologetically, moving to the side of his bed. "I know you're probably exhausted and could use some rest, but if you don't mind talking for a moment I'd appreciate it. Your brother has been staying with me and my son during the summer. It's good to know he still has family. Do you remember Isaac much?" She can't help but feel a little awkward, but she wants to maybe be able to warn Isaac as best as she can before he meets his brother again. Isaac has been through enough, she can't help but want to spare him as much as possible.

Camden gave Melissa a weird look as she said she wasn't there as an nurse. “Huh?” was all he really got out, because she was in her nurse clothes after all. “Sure I can talk, I mean I slept on the way here, I still have an headache, but I guess that is normal?” he then answers her.
“Well.. it's good he has somewhere to stay, I don't really want to scare him, I mean the military... they told me I've been gone for quite an while. That my brother got a message that I was dead.” He then said slowly and looked down, he still couldn’t believe that he had forgotten his real family. “I remember flashes of him...but I guess he is much bigger now then he was back then.” He then said slowly and raised his eyes to meet Melissas.
“I have this one memory though... it plays in my head over and over again. I guess I must have loved my brother wary much, because in this memory I walk around the toy store with him, I guess he is nerves because of all the people or something, because he is holding onto my hand so hard. But it's a nice memory... we walk around the store for a while before I buy him an birthday present and some ice cream” he then said and smiles an crocked smile. “The memories are mostly flashes really” he then said slowly and looked at Melissa.
He stopped to sit up in the bed a little better before he finally asked. “How is he? I mean... is he okay?” he didn't know about all the things that had happen to his brother after he had left, and somehow it worried him. They were orphans now, and Camden didn't even remember his parents that good either, maybe some flashes here and there but never as clearly as his brothers face.

"Yes, you've been through a lot of stress and must be exhausted, a headache is perfectly normal," she assured him, grabbing the back of the visitor's chair in the room and pulling it over to sit down. She sat quietly as he spoke, a small smile on her face when he mentioned remembering Isaac as a kid. "Yes, he's a full-grown man at this point. Eats like a horse, just like my son." She joked, her smile turning a little more natural. "They go to school together, that's how he ended up staying with us."
She could almost see the two brothers in her mind as Camden described his memory of Isaac. "Well, its good you remember some things. That's a good sign. I don't know if your memory will ever return fully, but the fact that you are remembering flashes now is promising." She watched him as she spoke, and fell quiet when he asked how Isaac was. "He's doing okay. It's been a lot for him to handle, with your dad's death and...being a teenager. But he's doing good. He plays lacrosse, and from what I hear he's not bad at it. I've seen a few games, but I'm hardly an expert. And he gets along well with my son, Scott." Melissa felt awkward, telling Camden about Isaac. She didn't know how much to tell him, what Isaac might want to tell him himself, or if there was anything he wouldn't want his brother to know. So keeping it simple seemed the way to go.

Camden gives Melissa a small smile as she told him that it was normal, well at least something was normal with him. If he now could only remember and then get some kind of job, so he wouldn't be homeless when it all got to all. His light blue eyes went over to Melissa as she explained how his brother was now, he was glad that Issac had someone like this lady to show him that it wasn't all bad.
“Well most teenagers eat way to much” he then said with an small grin on his face. He then listened to her talk about how his brother was now, and a charming smile comes to his face.
“The worst memory is the last day I left.... I think it's the last day, I mean I did promise him to come back....how could I forget him? It doesn’t really make sense to me, he was my brother and I loved him, and I really though I would come back to him.” He then said and looked down, not really wanting to meet Melissa’s eyes, he felt ashamed for not being there for Issac. Camden then takes a deep breath before he lift his eyes to look at Melissa again.
“Thanks for taking care of him, and it sounds like he is okay now.... that was more then I could hope for” he then said in an small voice, he didn't know why but it seemed like it was a little harder to speak right now.

"You did come back to him," Melissa reminded him. "It took a while, but you're back now. As for your memory, that's not your fault. The brain works in ways scientists and doctors are still trying to make sense of. Don't beat yourself up over that." She gave him a small comforting smile, realising that he had the same way of appealing to the mother and nurse in her that Isaac did. She just felt this need to make things better.
"He's a good kid. I didn't want having to get by on his own, even though I'm sure he could have." At least in some way. She couldn't deny that she didn't trust Derek Hale to know how to take care of a teenage boy. He might know about the werewolf side of things, which was why she wouldn't even try to get in the way of him being around Isaac or Scott, but it didn't mean she would trust him with the rest. She might not know about werewolves, but she did know people. And a kid like Isaac needed care and attention, and someone to help him focus on other important things, like school.
She watched Camden for a moment, hesitating before she just comes out with. "I would like for him to continue staying with me. I know that if you want him to stay with you I don't have anything to say legally, but I think its best for him to stay where he is, for now at least. Let you two ease into things, get to know each other again. Like I said, there's been a lot for him to handle, and he needs some stability. And I really don't mind keeping him with me."

Camden looks at Melissa as she said that he had come back to find him, sure he had but he still couldn't really remember it and he hated that fact, he had left his brother when he needed him the most and just forgotten him. He looked at her as she gave him a smile and he nods slowly, she was right they would find out of this, his memory couldn't just be gone forever could it?
“What if my memory never recovers?” he then asked in a sad voice and gave out a small sigh before he laid back on the pillow a little.
A smile forms on his face however as she said that he was a good kid, “Well that's good to hear.” He then said and gave her a small smile. Camden slowly looked at Melissa again as she talked, she really cared for his brother it seemed. When she was done talking he slowly got up a little more and looked at Melissa, “I don't even have a place to live lady.... Of course he can stay with you, I mean me and him we don't know one another, I wish we did but we don't and that hurts that I don't know him. And am pretty sure, that he will be quite mad at me, I mean I've been gone for way to long.” He then said and then stared straight into Melissa's eyes for a moment.
He then gave out a small laugh, “I don't know what to do.... I don't know. Where should I live, what in the world should I work as? All I know is the country where they found me, and the fact that I have military skills, because when they found me they put me in this... uhu.... place, and took a bunch of test on me, I can shoot and I can fight, but here in this place... I have no idea how am gone fit in.” He then said and stared at Melissa for a moment, he didn't even know why he told her this. He had been thinking about it for quite a while now.
“Sorry.... didn't mean to lay it on you like that.” He then added.

Melissa looked away for a moment, glancing at his file again as if there would be anything new in the last few minutes. Then she looked back up at him, sighing softly. "I won't lie to you, there's a chance you'll never get your memory back. There's also a chance you will get some of it back, but not all. Even if it does all come back, it will take time. It rarely happens over night." She took a small step closer. "What's important now, is to make new memories. Cause either way, you have been apart for a long time, and I'm sure you have both changed. Maybe its a good idea to focus on the here and now."
Melissa nodded, relieved that Camden agreed with her. "Thank you." Though she knew Isaac wasn't her son, and he hadn't even been with them for very long yet, she already felt attached to him. She wouldn't object to it if he did move in with his brother eventually, even though she knew it would be difficult to let him go, but she wanted to be absolutely certain that it was the right thing for him if he did. "I don't think he'll be mad at you. It's not your fault you've been away. I'm sure he'll understand that. I can have a word with him if you want me to."
Shoot and fight, one thing did occur to her but it wasn't as if she could just blurt out with werewolves and monsters. It wasn't up to her to tell him about those things after all. "You'll figure something out. Right now you just need to focus on getting better, and meeting your brother again. As for where you'll live, I think your old house is still yours." She gave him a small smile. "That's okay, things are confusing right now, I get that." She glanced towards the doorway. "Look, I'm gonna go check if Isaac is here yet, or give him a call if he's not. You just relax for a few minutes, okay?" She placed a gentle hand on his shoulder for a moment, before she began moving towards the door.
After returning the file to its proper place, Melissa moved towards the waiting area, smiling a little to herself when she saw Isaac there. She didn't want to keep him waiting, so she hurried over to him. "Hey. You ready?"

Isaac was in one of the waiting rooms at the hospital. When he'd gotten the call, he had thought it had been a prank. But there weren't a lot of people who knew what had happened to his brother, and well, Melissa had said it was true. Which was all Isaac needed. He was nervous, drumming his fingers on the armrest of the chair he had thrown himself down into so he wouldn't pace around the floor, looking even more nervous.
After a little while, he spots Melissa, and he takes a deep breath. This is it.
Melissa greets him, and asks him if he's ready. "Hey. Uh, as ready as I'll ever be, I think," he nods. He digs his hands deep into the pockets of his jacket as he follows Melissa through a few corridors, and they stop outside a room. Isaac assumes it's the room where his brother is. He bites his lower lip hard, staring at the door.
